One more step in the right direction

What a great weekend. Now we are here on Monday waiting to hear from the bank as to how the appraisal went. He told us Friday that he was hoping to have the appraisal by the 13th. Well, 10am and we received an email stating that the appraisal came in and everything is good. So now it is on to getting closing costs together and we are still hoping for Friday Nov 15th for the signing, It was quite awesome when we received the email. I was heading to Ripon and Ernie was in his work truck traveling to a job. We both pulled over, read the email and called each other right away. It is a very exciting time for us. Looks like we will be having a working weekend this weekend. Can not wait.
